Went in for a TB skin test. Staff was very friendly and approachable. Wait time wasn’t long. Cost was reasonable for what I needed.

Since I was taking the covud test, I was told to wait in my car and someone will call me. The wait time wasn't too bad, I really the forgot I waiting in my car! I ginally did receive a friendly phone call from the staff. The staff was really friendly and the doctor was professional and of course the staff was too! I made it a little comical because the test took me by surprise a little bit. I think I made the doctor and the nurse day! Lol!

I visit this clinic all the time for my sinus infections but this time the nurse practitioner acted like I was requesting medicine to Cook dealt with when I requested Allegra-D and ask for a refill I asked for a sinus cocktail shot and was told I didn’t need one and if I have to make a second visit to this clinic to get us a cocktail I will be very upset

I came in for a Rapid covid test. Everyone was really nice, especially the lady and the front desk and the lady that took my vitals. Service was quick and the office was very clean.

It was awesome, they was so friendly and so professional. If I had 10 thousand tongues I couldn’t thank God enough for the urgent clinic. Thanks so much for your kidness

I love this place the staff is amazing from the time you walk in the door til the time you get to the back. However I would recommend that the medical assistant nurse or whatever her title maybe to wear gloves especially at a time like this. It scared me seeing her take my temperature with no gloves being that close to my face During the Corona outbreak. Then she scared me even more when she went to give me a shot with no gloves. I made mention of it and she told me she's been doing that for three years and she's fine. She was very nice as well that just threw me off a little bit with all this going on. Not only do we want to be protected from the medical staff but the medical staff needs to be protected from us as well. Other than that I love this place.

My first visit with urgent care was great. Friendly Staff. I would definitely recommend urgent care to my friends and family. Keep up the great work.

I need My Covid test results from Tuesday.

I signed up online for a rapid COVID test but when I got there, they didn’t have it and didn’t know when they would be getting more in.

On 4/26/***Around 5:20-5:30 PM I walked in requesting to have a Rapid covid testing completed.The representative Tonya, or Toya bluntly stated that they were not seeing anymore people today when I arrived at 5:15 pm. I replied “There’s literally no one here. The lobby is empty.” She stated “We have a family of four in the back and the NP is no longer seeing anyone else. You would have to schedule an appointment on tomorrow.” I walked out of the lobby and pulled up the website. There was availability for today. However, tonya, toya told me otherwise. I was deeply devastated, belittled and discriminated against. I do not condone this type of act at any sort. I did schedule an appointment to be seen and once I walked back in, tonya or toya, stated the same thing “Okay, it says it’s available online but it is really not. But I’ll let you go back.” Mind you, there was never a FAMILY OF FOUR OCCUPYING THE OFFICE AT THE TIME. I could have infected my child, spouse, died or been severely damaged due to COVID.

Prime Urgent Care has a much quicker response time and you never go inside ... it just seems like a more caring, faster and safer method of treating patients. Please send my results as quickly as possible. The nurse that I saw was really sweet and efficient; however, the nurse practitioner seemed to take her time though... she no had sense of URGENCY at all. I waited 20 extra minutes to see her, but received NO NEW INFORMATION.
