I was running a high fever, had a cough and high mucas in most of my coughs. I was examined and given a covid test that I preferred. It was negative which I believed would be, I was x-rated and pneumonia was ruled out. I was told I likely had a serious sinus infection and was given prescriptions for strong anti-biotic, cough pills and something to dry up the mucus. Very satisfied.

I came in before lunch to have Covid tests. The quick test said I was ok. The PCR test is the one I really need results from. I was told that I would be called with the results, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I REALLY need the results by 10 a.m. Saturday December 11th!

I will start off by saying I have used this urgent care a few times and have been extremely happy with the care we have received. However, this one is a different story. I made an appointment due to high fevers, body aches, and chest discomfort of 5 days. The sweet LPN who took care of me listened to my concerns. She decided to swab me for the flu. As she was taking my swab to get tested the APN opened the door to our room. She was speaking to the LPN she said “did you get a PCR on her, this is probably COVID, not the flu”. I had explained to the APN that I had just tested negative for COVID two days ago, that I really did not think that’s what this was. She got a rapid COVID test which was negative. She then said she would send it off for PCR and that it would probably be positive and that’s what we were dealing with. I asked her for a chest X-ray. She stated “your lungs sound fine”. She offered to draw blood work, I agreed. She sent us on our way telling us it was most likely COVID and that we would get the results tomorrow. My husband left from the urgent care and brought me to the ED where I am admitted for double pneumonia and having a sepsis work up. I’m glad I advocated for myself and didn’t settle for a COVID diagnosis. If I would of waited too much longer I’m scared about how much worse it would of gotten. I think it’s always wise to listen to your patients and not jump to one conclusion so fast ( and yes I have been fully vaccinated for COVID as well). But I am thankful for the sweet LPN who seemed as she was concerned!

I had a case of Bronchitis and went to urgent care. Got a quick covid test just to be sure and then got one they send out. With registration, seeing the APN, then getting a shot I was there less than 30 minutes. Which was aweso.e because I just wanted to go back home to bed. I have used this location several times now and always have had a good experience!!

So glad I came here. I don’t know where the closest urgent care is to my house in Little Rock. The receptionist helped me fill out the forms. She was great. The doctor was very nice and made sure I was taken care of

From check in to opening the door on my way out was nothing short of perfect. The staff here is great. I’m from out of town and was hesitant to take my daughter somewhere that I didn’t know, but I’m so glad I chose this urgent care to go to.

I needed to be evaluated quickly for chest pains. I contacted Baptist Health Urgent care who gave me an immediate appointment. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Samantha, the Nurse Practitioner explained my problem and her thoughts so I would understand the next step to take. The clinic accepted my insurance. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I got in quickly and they so very nice and seemed concerned about what was happening to me. The provider came shortly after the nurse took my information, vitals, etc. I needed to short for what I came in for and that also happened quickly. If you need urgent care in North Little Rock, this is the place to got.

Had to come in on Labor Day and was very nervous about how the visit would go as this is not my regular doctor’s office. The whole office was very polite, helpful and respectful. The wait was minimal and the care was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for any of my friends/family.

Front desk lady argued about whether I had enough symptoms to get a rapid test. I was very persistent in getting one and she seemed very irritated and said, “that’s not how it works now.” And huffed and puffed. My result were positive for the rapid test because the doctor decided to give me one. I don’t think it should be the front desk receptionist making the calls whether someone has a rapid test. Also needs to be more friendly.
