3rd visit to this clinic since 5/***. LOVE this clinic b/c of Dr. Veema’s quick diagnosis, care and effective treatment + great staff to back her up! Front desk receptionist could use a SMILE and communicate better. Would use PrimaCare again - a WINNER for urgent care needs in our neighborhood, McKinney TX!!!

I needed a Rapid Covid test. I arrived and had only one patient ahead of me. Waited maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room before being seen and tested. Results came back in about 20 minutes. Excellent experience.

Went in for a covid test , due to being exposed .. from beginning to end .. wait time wasn’t long , staff and doctor was tremendously kind and helpful through it all <3

Everyone I interacted with here was beyond kind. I called before arriving and they were the only ones to answer my call in a timely manner and answer my questions. My phone conversation was the deciding factor for me to choose who to visit. I was greeted and talked through the process. After being called to the back, they took care of me swiftly and I was out in no time. The doctor took extra steps to ensure there was nothing else wrong with me. If I know anyone else who needs a rapid covid test I will be referring them to this location.

My husband was there Wednesday and came home with a positive Covid-19 result. I and my 89 year old mother were then evaluated then tested. So kind and spent time with us to explain.

Overall a good experience. Staff friendliness is what did it for me. They are definitely the nicest urgent care staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone who needs quick medical assistance or Covid testing.

Waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment for rapid covid testing, but I don’t really think that’s the facility’s fault, as there was an influx of walk ins wanting it and the time it takes to test each is 15 minutes. Although I do not think it’s fair to allow a family of 4 to not only crowd the entire wait room, but also all get the rapid covid test, when one could get the rapid and the others could probably get the regular and it’s pretty much all the same if they’re in the same household. Other than that, it was a lovely experience.

I was very impressed how the doctor & nurses responded. They took care of me from the car: did the assessment, history, physical and treatment. They were all very concerned about me & acknowledged/abided by the PPE/Covid precautions. Someone called me 3 days after the visit to give me results of my COVID-19 test, as well as, they had taken a chest x-ray: had it reviewed by the radiologist remotely & had results within minutes. I was very impressed with this company & I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! 3 words can describe them: Awesome, awesome, awesome!
