The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

I had injured my tailbone and was having lots of pain. I thought an X-ray might reveal if there was any major damage. The staff from the front desk to the radiologist to the physician were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Took their time with me to answer my questions. There was no fracture thankfully. The physician showed me a stretch I could do to alleviate pain when getting out of a chair. It works! He also made several modifications for my office to keep me standing more. We’ve implemented them all and I’m on my way to pain free healing! Thank you so much!

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

I come to this clinic often and with my entire family. This visit was with a newer provider and my entire appointment was a let down. I came for Upper respiratory issues, and had to ask him to listen to my lungs. He doesn't have a stethoscope and went to borrow a colleagues, my appointment was maybe 4 minutes and did not meet my expectations.

Will not be returning to this location for any of my families needs. Brought my daughter in for a rash and was mis diagnosed, when I went back a week later (after taking prescribed medication) I had to pay again for a re evaluation of the same rash. My daughter took a week of steroids that cost me $70 plus the initial $75 visit and now another $75 charge and new medication. I do not trust this company as it seems like they just want you to keep coming back to get more $$$ and not actually help.

I was able to easily schedule my appointment online before leaving home. When I arrived the front desk let me know they were running 30 min behind the appointment schedule. I ended up waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be called from the waiting room. The triage nurse collected a covid/flu swab then put me in a room. The nurse practitioner walked in the room and told me my result and her plan. She didn’t seem to have any intent to touch me. I mentioned that my asthma also was also a concern. That finally prompted a physical exam. She offered me an asthma medication that is already on my home list, updated in triage. I don’t think this provider reviewed my medical history or medication list. I don’t think I would have gotten a physical exam if I hadn’t spoke up.

Adam spent less than 2 minutes with me, probably closer to 1 minute. Listened to my lungs and ordered an x ray. I was told by the radiology tech my x ray was normal but was discharging with antibiotics and steroids for a lower lung infection. That seemed like a contradiction. I had to request albuterol and a chamber as I was actively coughing and audibly wheezing. Shocked that I wasn’t offered a neb treatment before I left. I would also have liked a copy of the radiology report. I’m glad to have been seen but the care was half-hearted at best.

My daughter woke up with a rash yesterday morning. I booked her an appointment. We did not have to wait long before being taken to a room. The nurse was incredibly friendly and even gave me some tips for getting meds down a kid who has a hard time taking medicines. The doctor diagnosed her with contact dermatitis. She sent meds to the pharmacy. When I picked the medicine up the bottle stated to take 1 pill 4 times every day with food. This was odd to me because the last time my daughter had this medication she was given a large dose which was gradually weaned down. Also, there were 21 pills in the bottle, seemed odd that the bottle didn't specify to take only one pill on the 6th day, since that would have been all that was left. I called my daughters pcp, who I trust, and she advised she would not have ordered that medication to be dosed in the manner the urgent care doctor had prescribed. After sending our pcp pictures and the papers from Access, as they had issues getting her record from access, the pcp then called in a different medication and advised to not give my daughter any of the original prescription. I would have normally just went to the pcp, but they had no availability that day. I'm unsure if giving her the medication as prescribed would have caused any issues for my daughter, but I'm glad I had realized something didn't seem right. If it had been her father taking her, he would have never thought anything of it and just given them to our child. For this reason I am unsure about returning to Access Medical Urgent Care.

Provider unsure if my child was experiencing an allergic reaction when presented with swollen lips and tongue and blisters on lip. Offered a test or mouth or canker sores when the sudden onset clearly indicates an allergic response. Wanted to do test and prescribe antiviral. We Refused testing and rushed to pediatrician office where she was diagnosed with a contact allergy where we received sound, competent medical advice.  Poor quality care

Didn't take long at all and staff had taken swabbed his throat and Jenna was in 5 minutes later for further examination. She determined that he had the symptoms of strep and she ordered antibiotics and we were on our way home. All the staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely come here again. Receptionist was very accommodating. Tech was very pleasant and caring. Medical person was another story. After tech had stabilized my injury to my arm the nurse came in and told her to wrap it. We were led to believe she would return and continue treatment. We waited for her for about an hour. We actually saw her at her computer doing something during that time. After about an hour she came in with a bottle of saline, some gauze and tape and told us to go home and rewrap it once each day and return in three days for a recheck. I had torn a portion of my skin off on my right arm. She never looked at it again, cleaned the wound nor applied any antiseptics. My wife and I were quite disappointed with her. We felt like she really didn’t want to be bothered and was just wanting us to go. I have a follow up appointment scheduled and if she’s the one I have to deal with I will go to another Urgent Care location or the ER at the hospital.
