Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, Selma - 15069 I-35 N

My grandson developed an earache very suddenly. I took him to Little Spurs so we could get medication to ease his pain. We were in and out in 40 minutes and were able to get our meds before the pharmacy closed. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was such a relief to have him without pain and sleeping comfortably. I highly recommend Little Spurs in Selma.

I had injured my tailbone and was having lots of pain. I thought an X-ray might reveal if there was any major damage. The staff from the front desk to the radiologist to the physician were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Took their time with me to answer my questions. There was no fracture thankfully. The physician showed me a stretch I could do to alleviate pain when getting out of a chair. It works! He also made several modifications for my office to keep me standing more. We’ve implemented them all and I’m on my way to pain free healing! Thank you so much!

We were a walk in and there were 8 families ahead of us. However, we were in and out in less than 40 min. The staff was nice, attentive and the office was very clean. We love this practice. Keep it up y’all!! Updating my review from 5 star to 1 star as my son’s prescription was provided with the the incorrect dosage, which the pediatrician confirmed by phone today. However, the pediatrician will not update the prescription without another paid visit. This is unacceptable after a confirmed error on the doctor’s part. We will not be returning.

I was so shaken by the fever of my infant and didn’t know where to turn. I was able to book an appointment with Urgent care and so glad I did. I absolutely loved the nurses and nurse practitioner that was on staff. From the receptionist and her pleasant manner made me feel easier being at the urgent care. You always hear about these places “being unprofessional” but this particular one will be the one I always go to for an emergency if the time frame and importance of the matter can’t be resolved at my children’s PCP. If the staff can read this message. From the bottom of my heart I truly appreciate everything you guys did for me yesterday during the challenging time when dealing with my infant. I left knowing so much more than what I came in. Thank you for sharing your gift with my family and know you will be a blessing to others. Kudos to you!!

I booked an appointment early in the morning online and showed up to our apt time. Somehow I drove to the location but the staff were so friendly and worked us in. We only had to wait 30 before they called us back. The staff were all so friendly and the provider we saw was so nice and she took time to explain everything to us. I would definitely go back there if we can’t get into our PCP.

We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you.
