Son was up all night with a terrible ear ache. Woke up the next morning to find an appointment easily. Staff was incredible and so kind! We just moved to the area in the last 6 months so it’s hard to know where to go and where to avoid! We hope to stay out of the office because we’re healthy but when the time comes, we will for sure return!

CareXpress Urgent Care, Canyon - 911 23rd St, Canyon

My son had a 102.3 fever, earache, and soar throat. Scheduling, check in and check out was easy and staff was friendly. The care was terrible. She quickly looked at him, decided it was rhinovirus and sent us on the way with no treatment options. The next morning he felt worse. Now that it was Monday we were able to schedule with our pediatrician. He tested positive for strep. I was very disappointed with the care of our visit this time as that hasn’t been our previous experiences. I have tried calling the clinic several times to discuss the issue, but always have to leave messages.
