Went to urgent care walk in with a bad cold, hard to breath and aches and everyone was very nice and helpful. Left with prescriptions called into the drug store of my choice with instructions of what to do if I wasn’t better in 36 to 48 hours. They also made sure I had someone with me. These ladies were wonderful

Woke up this morning and came in as a walk in and the set up process was very easy. The staff were polite and talked us through the long process. Afterwards there was a decent wait because of how long the process took but once we got seen it was smooth from there.

Best walk in clinic i know of these days after other clinics have regressed in their service making you wait and wait with no updates on when you will be seen. Ascention St. Thomas Urgent Care impressed me with 15 mins in and out thru registration, triage, doctor assessment, and shot for poison ivy. My prescription was handled as well. Earlier in the year, the same clinic tested me for RSV when others would not. Good thing. I was positive! Another quick and efficient walk in procedure for that. Cudos to the entire team there! Keep up the good work.

The PA, Doctor Conn, had a very recognizably thorough, knowledgeable & kind ‘on-target’ approach with our 10 year old grandson who was quite sick. I was unwell during the night. I contacted Ascension Urgent Care on line, was able to book an appointment early. The staff was kind and helped me sign in. The Assistant who took my vitals was efficient and plesant. Dr Babasayday NP, who treated me , was very skilled and knowledgable. She explained the procedure and what to expect; she also discussed the progress I might expect. She is very good with people and their health.

The receptionist had the best personality and it was refreshing! Don’t see that anywhere anymore. I keep returning to this clinic because of the staff. They take the time to listen, discuss my symptoms, how I feel then discuss a plan to for a recovery. I don’t feel rushed but get a complete visit each time. My PCP doesn’t even give me this! This office is the BEST!!

Wasn't feeling good for 3 days. On third night decided to schedule an appointment at Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care in Gallatin. Did all of the process that evening for Saturday morning, arrived 30 minutes early, and was taken right in, after checking in and paying my co-pay. Doctor was humorous but knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.
