Felt unwell this morning and was able to make an appointment for 45 min later. My provider was very attentive to my concerns and the wait time once arrived was quite short. Would recommend to anyone unfortunately needing urgent care

I didn’t know this clinic opened, glad I know now. I got in for my appointment early and they took me a little early. The NP was friendly and the doctor took time with me & he was very nice. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

This is the second time in three days that I have been to this facility. A couple of days ago I had accidentally used Hibiclens to soak my contacts in and really burned my eyes. Ryan saw me immediately and flushed my eyes and gave me some drops to ease the pain. Then he made an appointment for me with an ophthalmologist and I was seen and treated within two hours. On top of all that he took the time after hours to call my phone to check in on me. Extraordinary care and concern! My wife made an appointment for herself this morning through Soly. We saw Ryan again. There was no waiting and again received excellent care. Many thanks to the whole staff and team.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. I usually hate having to go to the clinic and decided to try this new place. Amazing experience surprisingly! Filled in all my info when I booked my appointment online. So no paperwork work upon arrival, just checked in on a tablet. Waiting room was so cozy and lovely and got to see Paul who had such a great bedside manner. Was so quick, pleasant and seamless
