Woke up this morning and came in as a walk in and the set up process was very easy. The staff were polite and talked us through the long process. Afterwards there was a decent wait because of how long the process took but once we got seen it was smooth from there.

Only issue was needed xrays so had to go to another clinic and wait as a walk in instead of just getting processed in due to the radiology tech being off at the location I first went too. But it was explained that the gray was not at the first location on arrival. But didn't want ro reschedule with the other location for later in the day.

I was unwell during the night. I contacted Ascension Urgent Care on line, was able to book an appointment early. The staff was kind and helped me sign in. The Assistant who took my vitals was efficient and plesant. Dr Babasayday NP, who treated me , was very skilled and knowledgable. She explained the procedure and what to expect; she also discussed the progress I might expect. She is very good with people and their health.

The receptionist had the best personality and it was refreshing! Don’t see that anywhere anymore. I keep returning to this clinic because of the staff. They take the time to listen, discuss my symptoms, how I feel then discuss a plan to for a recovery. I don’t feel rushed but get a complete visit each time. My PCP doesn’t even give me this! This office is the BEST!!

Everyone was super nice. I just wish quality of care was better. Medical person seeing me didn't even come close to me to view my complaint. How could you diagnose by seeing 4 feet away? Wasn't feeling good for 3 days. On third night decided to schedule an appointment at Ascension St. Thomas Urgent Care in Gallatin. Did all of the process that evening for Saturday morning, arrived 30 minutes early, and was taken right in, after checking in and paying my co-pay. Doctor was humorous but knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.
