Went there for a walk-in and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for an appointment. The person who looked at me said there was nothing wrong and that there was nothing they could do besides give me pain relief. Come to find out I had a raging infection that they over looked and didn’t give me antibiotics for. Needless to say I will not be going back there for the antibiotics.

Carbon is easily accessible, even for older women. They’ve been kind, practical, and helpful in their explanations. It seems like I’ve had a small bunch of nigglylittle health issues. They’ve listened, asked good questions& told me what they thought was going on. So far, so good.

Oro Valley Chlamydia Testing

Who should get tested for chlamydia?

Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted infection (STI) that can affect anyone who is sexually active. According to the CDC, certain groups are more at risk and should consider regular testing. These include sexually active women under the age of 25, men who have sex with men, and anyone with multiple sexual partners or a new partner. It's also recommended for anyone who has had chlamydia or another STI in the past, as well as those who don't consistently use condoms during sex with casual partners.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for chlamydia is crucial as it often doesn't show symptoms, leading to it being undiagnosed and untreated. This can result in serious health complications, such as infertility in women and increased risk of contracting other STIs, including HIV. According to the CDC, regular testing allows for early detection and treatment, reducing the risk of complications and preventing the spread of the infection to others.
