Easy to book an appointment online, was in an out within 30 minutes with 2 children and that included covid testing. The doctor and nurse didn't dismiss any of concerns nor did I feel rushed.

It would be helpful to have a way to stay in your car after check in until they’re ready for you without dragging a bunch of kids inside to be told to go back to the car until a room is ready. I like checking in from the car, but waiting in the car would be even better.

My daughter goes to PM Pediatrics for all of her emergency care needs. Always a great experience, but today was amazing! Our Nursing Assistant was so sweet! Our Nurse Practitioner was so good with my kid. Normally she is kicking and screaming but the NP made it so my daughter was so calm. My only emergency care place to go to.

PM Pediatrics has always been extremely amazing. I have been bringing my son who is now four since he was months old. If his PCP is closed, I immediately come to PM, and we have never had to wait for more than ten minutes which is amazing. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and they have always treated us with care, and the doctors/physician’s assistant/nurses do a great job at treating my son. I have never left there frustrated. I recommend them always!

The service was excellent and Dr. Adrienne Suggs was awesome! He showed great care and compassion for my son and made us feel very comfortable with placing our care in his hands. Very informative and.... I was able to contact after leaving urgent care. He was very helpful and extended his services to me if I could think of anything else to ask!!.. In addition, we were greater by a beautiful face ! I don't remember her name,but she was very patient and informative as well... My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near. Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too. Definitely will recommend.

The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).
