It would be helpful to have a way to stay in your car after check in until they’re ready for you without dragging a bunch of kids inside to be told to go back to the car until a room is ready. I like checking in from the car, but waiting in the car would be even better.

PM Pediatrics has always been extremely amazing. I have been bringing my son who is now four since he was months old. If his PCP is closed, I immediately come to PM, and we have never had to wait for more than ten minutes which is amazing. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly and they have always treated us with care, and the doctors/physician’s assistant/nurses do a great job at treating my son. I have never left there frustrated. I recommend them always!

The service was excellent and Dr. Adrienne Suggs was awesome! He showed great care and compassion for my son and made us feel very comfortable with placing our care in his hands. Very informative and.... I was able to contact after leaving urgent care. He was very helpful and extended his services to me if I could think of anything else to ask!!.. In addition, we were greater by a beautiful face ! I don't remember her name,but she was very patient and informative as well... The facility was very clean and the check in process was quick. There was no one else in the waiting room so we were seen pretty quickly. The nurse was very kind and reassuring during her visit. However, the dr came in and spent a total of 2 mins examining my daughter. Her exam wasn’t thorough at all and I don’t believe my daughter received the best care she could’ve. We were there because my daughter has a sore throat. The nurse took a sample to test for Covid but the dr didn’t test her for strep which I would think is pretty standard. We’re both anxious to receive her results in the meantime but our visit with the dr left much to be desired. There was no one else there so I have no idea why she rushed the exam.

I should have come to PM Pediatrics in Parkville a long time ago! Everyone knows exactly how to treat their patients and family correctly. From nurse Bianca, to Dr. Klein and the M.A who directed us to our room (I really wish I got her name), you are all awesome. It renewed my confidence in urgent care after having a horrible experience at Patient First. My only suggestion is that specimens be labeled before leaving the patient's room but I know you handle those test with utmost care to avoid mixed up. I am glad there is an alternative place that patients can choose in our area. I will definitely drive a little further out to get the care my children deserved.

My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near. Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too. Definitely will recommend.

The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).
