Came in to get a Covid test since I wasn't feeling 100% and didn't want to get my family sick. It was very busy but I managed to get on the waiting list. I really like that I was able to wait at home and got a text when it was time to be seen. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The wait time was short and they accepted my insurance. I found out that you can also set an appointment online through Solv in advance. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The building is decorated really cute and is very clean. I saw Dr. Jagannath she is wonderful. It’s my second time seeing her and I have to say she cares about her patients and takes her time to talk to you. She gave me exactly what I needed to get better and answered all my questions. This is the best urgent care near me. Every time I can’t get a doctor’s appointment and I don’t feel good that’s the best place to go to. They are always full because they are professional and efficient. It’s worth the wait time because your health issues get solved at any time of the day even on the weekends. The nurses are always very sweet and the front desk ladies are fast, and very professional. Thank you very much NextCare UC Staff you are a blessing to us.

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.
