As a mom of young kids, I spend my fair share of time in clinics, all of which consistently meet my expectations. But our care at indigo on the evening of Dec. 8th was exceptional, truly exceeding all expectations for care and experience. Could I even say enjoyable!? The receptionist was friendly and prompt and our nurse was out of this world. She addressed my young son as her patient in a way that was understandable, appropriate, and comforting for him. The PA explained a clear and reasonable timeline for when to hear back from her and referred us to easily get our results online (so easy!).

I got there too early. The Solv app does not work. I had to re-enter all my information every single time to check where I was on the list for service. Once inside the young man who met us at the door and performed the blood pressure, heat rate etc. was fantastic, as was the doctor on call who checked our respiration etc. Both were knowledgeable, kind, competent and fast. We took the test to comply with reduced isolation/ quarantine. It was a Vacation re-entry Covid test.

This was our first time visiting as we are from out of state. I was extremely impressed with how smoothly it runs and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They did a thorough exam and talked everything over in layman’s terms. I highly recommend using this urgent care in Tumwater if in need of care.

I had never heard of Indigo Urgent Care until yesterday. What a huge, pleasant surprise! From check in to walking out of the clinic, I have never had a better healthcare experience; especially on an emergency basis. Everyone from check-in to check-out under/promised & over/delivered - an unknown concept in today’s busy work place and especially in medicine! I am very, very impressed & happy with the care I received.

Everyone from the receptionist, the medical assistant, the x-ray tech and my husband's doctor were all so nice, friendly and compassionate. Scheduling was a piece of cake, when scheduling through Solv. It was also pretty easy once I arrived to check in. Staff were great no complaints. (Besides the nurse who asked my daughter if she wanted a snack, then come the end of the appointment and he still had not come through with the snack for my daughter.) All good I saw the snack desk on way out and grabbed what he had offered my daughter prior. The doctor was great. Polite and friendly with very gentle and patient demeanor when came to attending to my daughter.
