All the staff at this location from the front desk to the nurse and provider were very caring and compassionate when I took my daughter to be seen. The service was professional and quick! I also received a phone call a few days later following up on how my baby was doing. Thank you Apple Care Urgent Care!

I checked in online for an appointment. The online scheduling system is very impressive and easy to navigate. Upon arrival, I produced my ID, insurance card, and payment for my insurance co pay. Roughly an hour later I was called back. Every employee I interacted with was very kind and pleasant, especially my PA. She was fantastic. I have used a couple of other urgent care locations in Pooler but I’m the future, this is the location me and my household will use.

Was seen on my appointment time. Went for rapid Covid test and it was quick. Staff was very friendly and I saw a lot of sanitizing going on in waiting room and holding room. Doctor and Assistant was good listening to my issues and fixed me right up. Very good experience.

Walked in for a COVID-19 test because there was no appointment times available on the website. I only waited 25 minutes and was seen! I was pleased with all staff and I was done in about an hour. Definitely would recommend this buisness

Know they are busy but I asked that my rapid test results be emailed to me in addition to them calling me. They called me but still haven't received results via email. Just got a summary visit email but no results attached. Staff was excellent!!

Everyone was very very nice.. they were busy but I did not feel The wait time was bad considering we are in a pandemic. This is a rapid test site so I was prepared to wait. Check in was very easy and so nice that you could wait in your car and watch for your turn with the automated system.

Had to wait for about 4 1/2 to get my test. The office said it would be that long. Got instant updates on my place in line from my car. They did exactly what they said they would.

I was a walk in for a Covid test. The wait time was very reasonable. All forms to fill out were online and easily done on my phone. The staff was courteous and explained the collection procedure. The PA was great and patiently answered my questions. All in all it was a great experience.
