    Wait Time

    Not recommended!

Very disappointed by this experience, I was in a lot of pain so therefore needed "urgent" care! When we went in the office their was only 1 customer sitting in the waiting room yet I waited 45 minutes to get in a room, because I needed to get to a restroom in a hurry the nurses decided to go ahead and start my treatment, they begin testing me for something I hadn't verified that I had an issue with. I was then seated in the patient room, then had to wait another 30 minutes all the while my fiancé who was still in the waiting room informed me that a woman and her child were there 5 minutes before they were treated and quickly dismissed, the Dr. shown no interest in treating my condition and even stated that he wished there were something he could do to help me. Let me remind you that my ailment is one that is very common in women, LOL! The doctor didn't seem very educated and appeared clueless and very unconcerned about my chronic discomfort, We were charged an unnecessary amount of money for the doctors to do nothing! I assume because we were self pay we were presumed that we couldn't afford the treatment, when of course we could.
