    nurse practioner was condescending

The receptionist and nurses were very kind and polite. the nurse practioner who came to see us, however, was very condescending. basically tried to make us feel stupid, was borderline accusatory when asking about a medication, gave a very condescending response when i asked a question about antibiotics. was speaking loudly--not sure if that's her voice, or because we are minorities she thought we wouldn't understand her. made us uncomfortable and only started acting more polite towards the end of the visit when we started pushing back a little. location is convenient, but if i ever have to go back, i'll ask to see a doctor instead and i'll wait as long as it takes.
