    2 year old high fever

our 2 year old had a fever for 2 days. we took her temp. under her arm and thought it was 102 but when they took it the correct way it was 105. We walked in at 4:30pm on sunday and all of the nurses and staff stayed late to take care of our pinky. Not one of the staff gave us any kind of attitude about staying late to take care of her. Big thumbs up thank you all very much

    STAY AWAY!!!

    Worst excuse for "service" EVER!
There is an online check in system that IGNORES patients in the waiting area!
My wife walked in, saw only a few waiting. After waiting over 30 min, she checked with the desk to inquire how long the wait was. She was told, rudely, to just sit and wait, she will be called when her turn is up.
With a bit of effort, she found the wait was over 2 hours, because many had checked on online, and weren't even there yet!!!!
    STAY AWAY!!!

    Not happy with Dr. Kumar

Dr. Kumar treated me during a Urgent Care visit at Kenosha Aurora hospital. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and sinus infection. Prescribed antibiotics for 10 days. I was out sick from work for 3 days. Kumar refused to sign FMLA paperwork stating I didn't contact him AGAIN for a 3rd sick day. ??? My company requires FMLA if sick for more than 2 days. I will never use Aurora facilities or Kumar again. This goes for my family too! I've been a Aurora patient for over 20 years. No more!

I saw Dr. Kumar for an earache and he identified wax in my ear. I wasn't able to have my ear flushed because I get very dizzy when this is done, and even after I told him this, he continued to question what my symptoms were when I have my ear flushed. I asked him if he could remove the wax manually without flushing, as other doctors have done in the past and he tried. He indicated he could see my eardrum and I had an infection and sent me on my way with prescriptions for antibiotics and ear drops, cotton balls and allergy medicine, which I purchased at the Aurora pharmacy. The next day I woke and my ear was much worse. I visited an ENT (not at Aurora) the next morning and he vacuumed out my earwax and told me to stop taking the antibiotic and drops because they were making it worse and that I did not have an infection. I called Aurora to tell them of this and today Sarah, the Supervisor contacted me and indicated that I was still responsible for the bill for this visit since the Dr. indicated that I showed signs of an infection. Doctors such as this OVERPRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS WHEN THEY ARE NOT NECESSARY, AND THIS IS WHY OUR COUNTRY HAS ANTIBIOTIC RESISTANCE GOING ON!!!! In total, this mis-diagnosis has cost me approximately $700! Stay away from this clinic and this doctor. Visit Froedtert instead. This is unacceptable and I hope this review helps others that are considering visiting this clinic/doctor. Oh and if you need a good ENT, I can refer you to one!
