I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This website is a scam, you don’t ever book online at North Pointe Immediate Care, it is walk in ONLY. The hours of operation are wrong! Call them and find out for yourself. The person who gave a bad review probably never was seen there, that would never happen there. Why do people have to lie?

Getting Tested for STDs in Janesville, WI

Who should get tested for STDs?

Anyone who is sexually active should consider getting tested for STDs, especially if they have multiple partners or are not using protection consistently. According to the CDC, people aged 25-40, the same demographic as the majority of Solv's audience, are particularly at risk. It's important to remember that many STDs can be asymptomatic, meaning they show no symptoms, so regular testing is crucial even if you feel healthy.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for STDs is a vital part of maintaining your overall health. Early detection can prevent many STDs from causing long-term health issues such as infertility and increased risk of certain types of cancer. It also helps to prevent the spread of these diseases to others. According to the CDC, regular testing can significantly reduce the prevalence of STDs in communities.

At-home testing

At-home testing kits are also available for those who prefer privacy or cannot travel to a clinic. These kits can be ordered online, and the samples can be sent back to a lab for testing. Results are usually available within a few days.

This trend is in line with the national data, which shows a rise in STD rates across the country. Nearby counties, including Fulton County and Clinton County, have also reported similar trends. Risk factors related to STDs in Janesville

Several risk factors could be contributing to the rise of STDs in Janesville. These include a lack of comprehensive sex education, reduced access to healthcare, and social stigma associated with STD testing.
