Scheduling was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will go back here if the need arises.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Scheduled the appointment 24hrs ahead. Was feeling really miserable. Unless someone else is critical, I thought appts were supposed to be honored ahead of walk-ins. I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Everyone was very nice, I just felt I should have been seen in a more timely fashion.

I returned to UC last Saturday, for a follow-up visit to remove my infected toenail. On my first visit, the previous Saturday, KC Pearce had given me antibiotics to bring the infection down before nail removal. KC and staff were FANTASTIC! They were all very professional, courteous, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care (University Place, WA), for any health concern you may have.

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

It was quick and easy to get my son into the urgent care, even though online it said they took walk ins, so I was able to make a same day appointment. Once there we were seen right away. We did have to get xrays and waited a long time to get results, but instead of answering any questions, staff did try to send us home with no answers or results. I had to persist for results and for some solutions to our incident.
