I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. This is the best urgent care facility for quick service, professionalism and kind/knowledgeable doctors. Sometimes there is a wait when they are busy like any urgent care center, but they are pretty reasonable with timing.

From start to finish the care I received at Garrisonville Urgent Care was phenomenal. The nurses and receptionist were very friendly and got me in and out. Dr. Khan was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my symptoms thoughtfully and with care. His bedside manner is one of the most compassionate I've ever seen. After being sick for over a week (having already been to one doctor), he was able to successfully diagnose me and within a few hours I'm already feeling better! I have been with my primary care physician for many years and plan to switch to him because of the excellent care today! Thank you!
