    This place is scary......

I have taken my son to the first med in bountiful, ut twice and he was misdiagnosed both times. The first time he went the MD/PA said he had a cold and it was a virus so to take him home there was nothing they could do, not even offering advice on how to treat his fever or obvious wheezing. Horrible bedside manner. When i tried to ask questions the practitioner was condecending and seemed annoyed. Later that evening we were in the hospital because my son couldn't breath due to the respiratory infection he had. I should have learned my lesson but decided to give them one more chance. The second time I took my son in he had had a fever for 3 days and was lethargic. The PA who saw us spent less then 2 minutes in the room, horrible bedside manner, did not even make eye contact with my son or myself or get any type of history even though I tried to tell him. He looked in my son's ears for less then 3 seconds each (and his light was not even on) and he said he had an ear infection. He started him on an antibiotic. We decided to get a second opinion and the second MD we saw at a different location said my son had no signs at all of an ear infection and proceeded to properly diagnose him. Needless to say we will not be going back here.
