Dr. wont prescribe
There is no point in coming to this place!! Came here a few months ago not feeling well cough, sneezing, stuffy/runny nose weak chills etc. Anyways I seen a foreign lady dark completion skinny curly brownish redish hair. Anyways, she prescribed me nothing told me go buy cold meds and and zyrteck.. So I did that and I did not get better abt two weeks later I went and seen my Dr. Because I was not getting better turns out I needed antibiotics and steroid pills for sever allergies.. This lady clearly does not care for the patients especially patients with medicaid, she made a comment to me saying I had patient in here earlier and called me a lil later saying dat madicait would not pay her prescription and I tell her well oh well to bad nothing I can do. When there is something she can do in most cases there is a generic brand or other brand of meds that medicaid will pay for. Whats the urgent care for?? Now there is another kind lady that works there i believe on weekends, light complection, colored eyes, sandy blonde hair. She is great, knows what she is doing prescribes the patients the medication they need.. Etc.

- Wait Time
I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.
I went to this office knowing exactly what was wrong with me (I used to get bladder infections and UTIs pretty frequently, so I know the symptoms). I had to wait over two hours to be seen and there were only three people ahead of me. After joking with the other patrons about the wait time, I finally get in there. All I do? Urinate into a cup and the doctor pretty much confirmed what I already knew (took literally two minutes with the doctor). Bedside manner was pretty much, "let me hurry you along and get out," which isn't comforting to someone in pain and pretty much made me feel like I knew nothing about my body. Finally, got my antibiotic (nothing for the pain, which I had been prescribed in the past by a few other doctors). If that wasn't enough, I get billed by the lab almost $200 and the office visit (not counting the copay) is $86. WITH insurance. AFTER I had been told that they TOOK my insurance by the lady in the office. I get it that my insurance (BCBS of Texas) is not the best, but this is a little ridiculous. I've NEVER had to pay this much with an urgent care in the past. Icing on the cake? I visited in September and I JUST received my bill for the office visit yesterday (March) complaining that I was 60+ days past due. So, all-in-all I got charged out the ass for peeing into a cup and then a surprise bill SIX MONTHS LATER. Do not go here, it isn't worth your time. Biggest mistake going there and I will NOT be going back.
