    Disappointed

I went into Urgent Care on Monday. I was refused service because I did not have a credit card so that they could file insurance. I was paying the cash part of my co-pay because my banking acct had been hacked & my card was frozen at the moment. They could careless. They told me that the only way that they could see me was to pay full price for the amount of the appointment and that they will not make an insurance claim. I told them that I could not pay that kind of money. There was no point when I have medical insurance. She said that they could not help me then. I left with the FLU!!

    Highly Disappointed

I visited the Cypress center on 09jun2016 for a pre- employment screening. Firstly I couldn't pass enough urine so I had to seat in the lounge and drink a lot of water, due to the amount of water I drank I started feeling nauseous so I walked up to the nurses and told them I was feeling nauseous, they gave me the look of disdain mind you they were all Caucasian while I am African-American, eventually one of them gave me a bowl and before you knew it as the bowl was handed to me I started vomiting to the extent that I thought I would pass out, these nurses did not bat an eyelid or even pretend that they had any form of empathy or affection as you would expect from a nurse instead they called a Hispanic medical assistant after I finished vomiting with the bowl in my hand, the MA actually said to the nurses you can't even help? I have never been treated this way in my life and I will never go back there. Those nurses do not deserve to be nurses because I don't believe that is what they were taught in whatever school they attended. One thing is for sure, I will keep posting this review until something is done by the management of Excel Urgent Care.
