Quick and efficient visit!  The entire staff that assisted me from beginning to end was wonderful.

Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.

While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

Took my daughter in for a cough and Sorethroat. There was an insurance issue not the offices fault but I did have to pay $175 for an office visit. A strep test and an hour and half later was told she had a cold. She is worse today and I can’t afford another $175 to find anything else out.

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. My daughter was having eye pain and I was able to schedule her in that same evening she was seen and taken care of that night. Very professional personnel clinic was cleaned and put wait time to be put in a room was around 30 min but thanks to the app we were informed they were taking longer. The whole experience was great as usual. the best part is my daughter is feeling better now thanks.
