It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

Needed to renew my scripts, was able to do a phone call instead of an office visit. Call lasted maybe 30 seconds. Saved me a lot of time.

I highly recommend this urgent care all the staff, nurses and doctor were very nice and helpful very gentle with my son.

The only reason I gave For is because they do not have wound care and that was what I needed

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.

Dr Jessica & nurse is awesome.dr explained everything about the diagnosis & treatment . took good care of my child..I appreciate her professionalism & good job.

Amazing and thorough service from nurse practitioner. She went above and beyond to assess my continuous congestion and cough and suggested I see an ENT. I’ve just scheduled that appointment.

Quick and efficient visit!  The entire staff that assisted me from beginning to end was wonderful.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. I received good care today.

I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

Doctor and staff are very professional and nice.
