This was an online visit so the cleanliness and bedside manner columns do not apply. My doc visit was great

I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.

My daughter had been sick for a few day, I was able to schedule an appointment same day. Within minutes. Everything was so smooth.

Everything was very easy, from scheduling my appointment to checking in to the doctor's visit itself. Everyone on staff was very polite and professional. The facility was absolutely spotless, nicely appointed, and very convenient to my home. You will be my go-to for urgent care going forward.

My therapy apparently ended outside Dr recommendation's! The staff got no information or update on more therapy

Fell on my way into Pilates over uneven sidewalk. So impressed with everyone and the facility! Great experience

Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress
