I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour and fill out the paperwork before I even left. I was able to check in and pay easily. The wait was not too long and the staff and doctor were all very kind and friendly. My daughter felt comfortable and got the help she needed.

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
