Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

I was in and out within less than 30 minutes and even got my test results in a timely manner. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful and Ms. Leslie was super sweet and made me feel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend tho urgent care to anyone.

I was sick for over a week and misdiagnosed by another group.  John Davis and Sean listened to my concerns with care and professionalism and had me on my way with an accurate diagnosis and the medication to treat it.  What a blessing!
