Scheduling and check-in was a smooth transition. Friendly staff members created a pleasant atmosphere as well as the care given. I would highly recommend this provider services!

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.

Labored breathing, tightness in chest, coughing, tired, The staff was friendly and very professional.  I highly recommend

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I was sick for over a week and misdiagnosed by another group.  John Davis and Sean listened to my concerns with care and professionalism and had me on my way with an accurate diagnosis and the medication to treat it.  What a blessing!

I was in and out within less than 30 minutes and even got my test results in a timely manner. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful and Ms. Leslie was super sweet and made me feel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend tho urgent care to anyone.

Went in for an aggravatingly itchy rash on my legs!  Within 40 minutes of treatment the difference was amazing! I should never had waited so long to go in!!

Felt terrible in the morning but went to work anyway, found this clinic about 5 minutes away. Was able to book an appointment right away same day. Facility is new, clean, staff nice. Got in and out in about 30 minutes with a script waiting for me later that day. Would highly recommend this clinic.

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better.
