While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

Scheduling was a bit off, check in was quick and efficient. Dr.Rai was amazing, she asked the right questions and lead them with care. Thank you for simply allowing what you love to do shine through you. I highly recommend this provider.

Very nice urgent care.  Lainey was awesome!   Was caring for my 5 yo grandson and needed to seek attention for high fever.   Was viral, but checked everything out and gave me confidence that a little rest and Motrin would be what he needed.

Doctor was really nice she couldn’t see if my son had an ear infection cause my son had a lot of wax build in cause he produces a lot more than other kids, she didn’t give up she clean them out with the hot water shots and was able to get him checked good and  found what was wrong with him. Besides being very sweet with him!

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk.
