Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. Throughout my visit the staff remained attentive, courteous and professional. I would recommend this team to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again CityDoc.

have been dealing with reoccurring itchiness for 5 months. went in for steroid shot, they wouldn’t listen to me whatsoever and put me on anxiety med. it made things much worse and also worsened my mental health. wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve never had a visit before where it almost feels like a family member is caring after you. The wait was faster than I anticipated, by far. Check in with as so easy. Nurse M. really interacted with me and made me feel like she really cares. I was overwhelmed with my symptoms in a new city, by myself, homesick and she made my day. The physician was so kind and patient as well and addressed every symptom while clearly explaining further about treatment and after care. Thank you! Highly recommend!!

Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

The wait was only long because they were really busy and also a hard time for staffing. One of the patients before us needed more care, so the wait was understandable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had prior experience with her family in regards to some of my questions, so that was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Easy to make an apt. Seen quickly. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy and was ready by the time I got there

Took my daughter in because she had thrush was so fast and the staff was super nice they even followed up with us to see how my daughter was doing.

Needed to renew my scripts, was able to do a phone call instead of an office visit. Call lasted maybe 30 seconds. Saved me a lot of time.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.
