Went in for an STD screening and the nurse and doctor made me feel so uncomfortable. All I told the nurse was that I wanted to get the labs done, nothing else. She leaves and the doctor comes in and the first things she said is “i understand you think you may have been in contact with someone who’s infected”. I’m like I never said that. I just wanted to get tested. That was very rude. There was no need to assume that or ever put words in my mouth. Why I wanted to get tested is irrelevant especially if I didn’t say it on my own.

Easy scheduling. Staff very nice. Bad sinusitis and chest infection. On the road to recovery Thank you!

I will definitely use this facility again! I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

I'm always pleased with the quality of service & care. I've been there several times as well as my kiddos. Staff was great !!!

Was working to well from multiple symptoms of unknown illness. I was impressed by the attentiveness I received from the receptionist to the first point of service to the doctor/nurse practitioner who provided competent efficient care. I recommend this facility to anyone seeking urgent care.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Several days cough got terribly worse. Went in early and got in pretty quick. Staff was professional and helpful. Nurse asked good questions and prescribed appropriate medications. Glad I went in. Am getting better. I go there when I need attention now.  5 stars.

My daughter was having eye pain and I was able to schedule her in that same evening she was seen and taken care of that night. Very professional personnel clinic was cleaned and put wait time to be put in a room was around 30 min but thanks to the app we were informed they were taking longer. The whole experience was great as usual. the best part is my daughter is feeling better now thanks.

Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

Took my daughter in for a cough and Sorethroat. There was an insurance issue not the offices fault but I did have to pay $175 for an office visit. A strep test and an hour and half later was told she had a cold. She is worse today and I can’t afford another $175 to find anything else out.

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

I love this clinic they are the best, always easy to book an appointment and always available when my pediatrician isn’t.. highly recommend them.

Woke up this morning with chest congestion from bronchitis booked her appointment The service Provided I was very professional by staff I recommend

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.
