I will never visit this office ever again!! The staff AND doctor were extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt like I was in a really bad B movie. I was attended by a Dr. Kennedy who's personal hygiene was sorely lacking and his manner stunk even worse than he did.

    Unprofessional and unaccommodating

I have never seen such poor service in all of my life. I arrived at the doctor today where I was seen just 9 days ago for pain due to an auto accident, only to be told across the waiting room that my insurance was inactive and that I had a balance from the last visit. I presented insurance during both visors and and paid a co-pay. I was pulled to the area where they check your vitals for a pep talk. This conversation frustrated me more than ever. The assistance stated, "we told you last visit to follow up with your primary doctor, I'll ask if he wants to see you". By this time my blood is boiling due to the lack of empathy and diligence for my situation. I then was seated back in the waiting room for an additional wait. Once called to the back, the doctor was less empathetic than the rest of the staff. I had one person the entire time I was there that treated me like a patient and not just another number to their facility. I was then refused a doctor's excuse to provide to my employer and told the billing summary was all that they could give me. Needless to say I will never go back to Doctor's Care ever again. By far the worst customer service, I don't understand having a job and not wanting to do your job. If I was equipped to diagnose and treat myself then there's no need to see a physician.
