    Wait Time

    No Service

I took my husband there because he has a bad cough and wheezing. First we were told there were 7 people ahead of him. We sat in the waiting area for a half hour then they took him back for a chest x-ray then back to the lobby for 1 hour. Then we were put in an exam room. After a half hour waiting in there i went to the service desk where I was told there one more ahead of him. When he still hadn't seen a doctor after 45 more minutes we walked. I realize that he was a walk-in. But surely they could have told us when we entered that we would have approximately 3 hour wait so we could make an informed decision on treatment. I will not return there nor will I recommend that facility to anyone for any reason. If you are ill and need care I recommend you seek care elsewhere.

    Wait Time

    Healthcare Convenience

I visited facility and was given the option of a text message to let me know 30 min. prior to my appointment to return. Waited 15 mins before being taken back to get my vitals and some information, and waited another 20 min. before seeing the doctor. I don't know what everyone is complaining about but they need to stop acting like they are the only patient on the planet. I think this facility is doing a stand-up job for their patients and the surrounding communities.
