Dr Taillon was my Dr and would not give anything. To control my pain when I was there is was being mean and sickening to me and my husband over lies.

    Dee Dee

Wait time was adequate for the number of patience there and Dr. O'Malley and staff was adequate for managing my pain, xray revealed I had a broken bone in foot, they bandaged it nicely and I was referred to call for appointment with orthopedic doctor. Good experience.

Waste of time -Go to Medcare instead! They are faster and have better doctors

I took my husband to this Urgent Care on Saturday of a 3 day weekend because he was having symptoms of a kidney stone (he's had several in the past so knows what they feel like). The doctor barely examined him, stated that the place where he was hurting was a little low to be a kidney stone, and recommended that he take ibuprofen. He didn't even offer a diagnosis!!! I've heard from friends and family that a lot of urgent care places don't treat kidney stones because some people use that to try and get prescription pain drugs.

For the record, we are middle aged, middle class people with professional jobs who do not look like junkies! Nevertheless, I have to assume that this is how this doctor profiled us, because he did not seem to be interested in diagnosing my husband at all. If he did not think the pain was from a kidney stone, you would think he would have at least attempted to figure out where it was coming from, but nope - not so much as a "perhaps you should follow up with your regular doc if the pain is still there after a couple days". Therefore, the remainder of our holiday weekend was ruined while my poor husband waited for Tuesday to come so he could visit a real doctor who would address the problem.

It is a sad state of affairs that apparently some doctors feel that it is better to let sick patients be sent home untreated than to risk giving drugs to a person who may be faking. I have had nothing but positive experiences at MEDCARE across from the hospital, and their wait times are much less than the times I've been to Urgent Care. I CAN PROMISE NO MEMBER OF MY FAMILY WILL EVER AGAIN WASTE TIME AND MONEY TO VISIT ANY URGENT CARE LOCATION. I hope Medcare puts them out of business with their superior service. No one deserves to go in for an urgent medical matter and be sent home with out even a suggestion of a diagnosis! That's just wrong!
