    Beware of billing practices

    My wife injured her back two months ago. The care she received was adequate, we have no complaints. This regards billing and what we were told. Before she was seen, the gentleman at the counter told me they could not login in to their insurance network and he would have to take my credit card information and bill me later. As a victim of identity theft, I asked if I could just pay the "Cash" price. He said I could and gave me the amount of $89.00. I told him I would just file the $89.00 myself, that I was not leaving all my Credit Card info on a piece of paper in his office. I payed the bill. Fast forward 6 weeks and I get a bill for $47.00. Not a lot of money but, it was a bill and I had been told I had paid in full. I called the number on the bill and spoke to someone in North Dakota. She was polite but told me I would have to pay the bill. I called the home office in Charleston. The VP took my call and said he would look into it. I received a call a couple days later from another individual in the Charleston Office. She explained to me that : Since they had filed with my insurance company, the bill was higher and I would have to pay what my insurance did not. In short, their employee was wrong but, they are going to stick me with the bill ! What customer service !

    Will never go back !!!!!

    Staff and Doctor were super knowledgeable! Very clean office, had a great experience!
