    Urgent care wait time

This facility is the worst! Why can't they multitask their patients. We've been here over two hours. There must be more than one room to tend to patients. We are only here for a urine test because the company calls for it when a accident occurs while on the job. They need a person that can do that. They seem very uninterested in the people that need attention. I witnessed a person with severe beathing problems and they say to wait. Unexceptable!!!! Do go here!

    It's okay

Although the wait time can be rediclious, the doctors are always so so kind here. I only go to the Lincoln one rather than the one in Cumberland because they wait was insanely long (I was the second patie t there) and they treated me like dirt. So I go to this one instead to not get assulted.

    Go anywhere but here...

At an urgent care, you expect reasonably fast, courteous treatment (hence the words "urgent" and "care" in the name). I was refused service unless I had a referral. I have never been asked for this ever at this facility (or any urgent care). The extremely rude supposed office manager kept cutting me off mid-sentence, stating it was their policy, but amazingly it wasn't displayed anywhere. I told her that my primary care doesn't answer the line for referrals, that you have to leave a message, and they don't call you back to let you know if the referral went through. Frustrated, I said "What the hell do you expect me to do?" She then said "I don't understand you," and told me I had to leave! She closed the window while I was still speaking! I left there in pain and wasted 45 minutes of my day. I have reported this place to the Department of Health for turning away a patient in need. I will never go there again.
