    horrible horrible horrible

This place should be closed. From the front desk receptionist the heating system on a 22 degree day it was a horrible experience. People really have forgotten what customer service means. It you work in any type of health care....have compassion! They should go hand in hand. If you don't understand that, you are in the wrong business. Additionally, if you can't provide heat you should not be open. If we are not sick....you wouldn't be here so treat us with respect!

    what a waste of time

Went there for a sick visit. When the receptionist called me and looked at my insurance and I didn't have a primary at the time they couldn't see me because of billing purposes. So I came to the other urgent care the process was quick and saw the doctor. No question asked! I will never come here ever again. They receptionist wasn't compassionate at all they just didn't care.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DR. DAWN MOTEN

My mother had a bleeding nose that would not stop. This doctor kept telling her not to move or talk while she cauterized her nose, but it hurt. So, my mother did move and expressed pain from the burn of cauterizing. This doctor kept saying not to move or talk. She was so rude and unkind, with a lousy bedside manner toward a patient. She also told my mother that if her nose starts bleeding again, don't go back to see her at the walk in emergency, but go to the hospital emergency room instead.
To make matters worse, this doctor supposedly made an appointment for my mother to see her primary doctor a couple of days later. My mother goes to her primary doctor's office, and the secretary had no record of Dr. Moten ever calling to schedule my mother's appointment. Fortunately, the nurse practitioner was available and willing to take the packing from my mother's nose and examined her.
All in all, this doctor was awful, and she needs to improve her style of patient care. I certainly would not recommend anyone to be treated by her.
