I went for a COVID test today, August 30. From the time I arrived until the actual test itself was approximately 1 hour. The staff was very nice and efficient. Ann did the actual testing and was so kind and compassionate. When she was done she actually said 'hope you feel better'. It may not seem like much, but to me it means a lot when someone actually cares. A few kind words go such a long way and really mean a great deal when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend this location and staff!

We have always had very good luck with this Urgent Care. They are thorough and listen to symptoms, and in one case, took an x-ray of my child's leg to find out why it was hurting. We are lucky that x-ray was done, because it allowed us to get the care that our child needed. Thank you!

There was no wait-time! The medical staff and Dr. Timberger were very caring and professional! I could not ask for better care. The medical team at Falmouth Urgent Care deserves a 10 rating. Susanne S.
