    Wait Time

    Substandard Care at best

Near two hour wait time while patients who checked in AFTER us were taken back. Dismissive, condescending doctor who clearly didn't have any interest in her patients. $60 for three and a half minutes of her time. The only bright spot were the friendly receptionist and nurse.

    Wait Time

    Inferior Quality of Care

While we didn't have to wait a very long time, the doctor spent 5 minutes at the most with our child. Lack of bedside manner, poor communication, felt like a number, in and out, no treatment provided. We were advised to see our primary care physician if symptoms don't improve.. Thank you very much for the unpleasant experience and for wasting our time.

The "Doctor" I had literally said that she didn't know what was wrong with me and that there was nothing they could do. Suspected an ear infection but didn't properly diagnose it or give me an antibiotic...why the hell is she even a so called doctor? I never in my life had anyone tell me that at a doctors office...I will never go there again and I'll be telling my insurance company to not pay them.

    Very good experience

The night before, I tried a different walk-in facility (not associated with Rdg Hosp) and it was awful. I ended up walking out. So I waited till the morning and tried here. Even though there seemed to be a number of people ahead of me, within a total of 30 minutes, I was checked- in, seen by a nurse and a doctor, and effectively diagnosed and treated. Careful attention was paid to a pre-existing allergy.
My experience could not have been better.
Keep in mind, my use of this facility was for a non-critical / uncomplicated issue, but I believe that's the only time to use a Quickcare.
