X-ray technician is very rude. We were waiting for the results of my foot X-ray, when she walked into the exam room shoved papers at me and said "Your foot is not broken theses are your discharge instructions." And I was dismissed like my foot pain did not matter to them at all. They never offered me a comfort wrap, ice, I never saw the doctor to discuss a diagnosis. I will definitely be reporting this visit to quality assurance department.

Paid copay to be told what I already knew....
After s perfunctory once over by a nurse I was given the diagnosis that I had a painful knee . My knee and leg are swollen and I can barely walk, I have an appt with an orthopedist in two days and I'm confident a more comprehensive diagnosis other than painful knee, will be forthcoming.
Is this how UPMC ends fiscal year with BILLIONS in profit? I chose utgicare rather than an ER so heart attack patients, accident victims and small children needing emergency care could receive care. Now I had a $50.00 copay plus I'll have to pay copay for specialist and I still have s "sore knee" Nurse was pladsmy but said she really didn't know the source of my pain, swelling and problem, Should have been given a refund and sent to ER
