This place is awful! They charged me a ridiculous 50 dollar co-pay before they see me. I didn't fill out the typical paperwork I normally do when I go to a new doctor/ medical facility ( history, pregnancies, allergies, medications etc...) I signed forms for HIPPA and I never received the papers. They acted like nothing is wrong with me and I'm overreacting. My temperature was 96.8 and it was written down as 98.6. I was seen for a minute maybe by Kathleen Struminger. I could have been given a Z-pack. If I would have gone to my doctor I would have gotten a Z-pack and Tylenol w Codeine. I just wanted a Z-pack. I never go to the doctor. The guy at my job who I got this from now has pneumonia and is in the hospital. Don't go here. It's like a drive-thru money making scam. I am trying to get my co-pay back but my insurance insists on paying even though I'm not happy with the service. I hope my insurance pays the whole bill because I won't be paying the difference! This is the one on Rohrerstown Road but from what I have heard their all the same. If you go through and read the reviews my experience is apparently a typical problem at this place. Why haven't they been shut down? Let them send me to the credit bureau for not paying. They will be regretting that. They treated the wrong patient poorly.
