Went in for shoulder injury after a fall. Was not a thorough exam. Received an xray, which showed nothing. I could not lift arm to the front or side. Typical rotator cuff symptoms. Dr's diagnosis was severe muscle contusion. Told to take ibuprofen & ice. After three days still could not lift arm. Went to ER, torn rotator cuff.
