I have gone to Optum several times, and every visit has been easy and everyone is always friendly and professional. I feel that they listen and have always given me a good diagnosis that resolves the problem.

Had kidney pain. Doctor took the time to discuss pro and cons of treatment.  Staff was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend this care provider.

I was moving a couch with a neighbor and as we took it through the front door I misstep and hit my arm on the metal frame and ripped the skin off my arm. Needed to have it cleaned and bandaged.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I'm here from out of town and my chest cold progressed into bronchitis, I wasn't sure how the urgent cares were in this area but I heard great things about Carbon Health. Was able to book online and when I arrived the front desk staff were very kind and knowledgable about my insurance. Was called right back and seen very quickly. Even got x-rays (the x-ray tech was also amazing). Appointment was at 2pm, and I was out the door by 3pm. Highly recommend!!!

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Our family was stressed about the need to be tested for COVID-19 and from the time we walked into PM Pediatrics we knew we were in great hands. Highly recommended!
