Broken arm misdiagnosed
I went there on 8/2/2015 for a broken arm. The doctor said it wasn't broken but was sending them to the radiologist just to be sure. The doctor called a few hours later and said the radiologist couldn't read the x-rays because of the swelling. REALLY??? You can't see a broken bone? My 13 year old sure did! The doctor said go to a specialist and take the x-rays. So I did. The specialist used Med Express's x-rays and guess what?!!!! IT'S BROKEN!!!! We seen the break. Why is it a 46 year old, 41 year old, and a 13 year old who are NOT in the medical field could CLEARLY see the broken bones on the x-ray but a doctor AND a radiologist can't??? Now I may be facing surgery. As a result of the doctor and radiologist not knowing how to read the x-rays, the bones were displaced. They didn't line up properly to heal properly. NOW I'm told I may have a torn MCL ligament as well???? ALL BECAUSE A DOCTOR AND RADIOLOGIST AT MED EXPRESS CAN'T READ A FREAKING X-RAY. My arm should have been in a cast. It would have been healed by now. Instead, I'm almost 6 weeks into this and STILL am not healed and have complications. I have to wait yet another 2 weeks to see if it heals and see how the MCL is. ALL BECAUSE A DOCTOR AND RADIOLOGIST WHO ARE TRAINED TO READ X-RAYS CLAIM THEY CAN'T READ THEM. SEND THOSE 2 BACK TO MEDICAL SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO TO MED EXPRESS FOR A BROKEN BONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
