    Wait Time

Be prepared to invest half of your day

I understand that there are lots of sick people... But nothing like sitting for over THREE hours ( and still not seen) in so much pain that you're sobbing... This is my third visit here for the same pain in the past month and all three times I've waited for over an hour. This visit is unbearably long... Hopefully the pharmacy is still open when I'm done here!!!!!!!!!!!

    Stay away!

Head the reviews- stay away!!! Rude, rude, rude! No diagnosis- didn't even offer what could be wrong. Long wait time too. Look at your copay and bill as a donation, because you won't get any service in return!

Dangerous.. Dr googled my symptoms on his phone

Yep - Dr. used google to check my symptoms. I could have done that for free at home. It was clear from the minute he came in, that he wanted to wrap up the visit as quick as possible- after I had been waiting hours to see him. He was in such a rush to leave the room, he tried to leave the door fully open during my appointment. Overall he seemed to have no interest in my well being and unfortunately the nurse was just as unfriendly. Took my health history and without saying anything started walking out the door. I asked as she was leaving if the Dr would be in soon.. she literally rolled her eyes and said "Well, Yeah!" Excuse me! I'd say this place is not only expensive, since your paying for absolutely no service- it's actually dangerous. Their incompetence almost caused a life threatening condition, with textbook symptoms, to go undiagnosed. Good thing I went elsewhere. Visit at your own risk.

    Please go elsewhere

I wish we'd gone elsewhere. After waiting over an hour and a half, my husband (who'd been pacing in pain since 4 am) was looked over in less than 4 minutes. No dianosis given. He was prescribed azithromycin and told to use a warm compress/heating pad and a decongestant....and not to 'share' his illness.

No improvement over the weekend so, I take him to our regular physician this morning (they weren't open Saturday)

After an actual exam, turns out my husband has TMJ! Very painful. ...but not treated with antibiotics, and obviously not contagious. Took the regular Dr about 6 minutes to diagnose.

Don't waste your time or your money. It's half assed medical practice at this place. You'd be better off waiting in an actual ER or toughing it out until your regular practitioner is available.

The only positives were the front office staff, the nurses and the check out person. Unfortunately, that isn't enough to persuade me to go back again.

Wait time and support staff were great. The Dr. who saw me had the personality of a brick. What got to me was the billing. I paid my deductible then received a an additional charge of $38.00 not a big deal which I paid. I then received an additional bill for an air cast for $75.00 Something I could have purchased at a local CVS for 20 dollars. I called to question it and was rudely told they do not know how much my insurance pays and I did not have to get it from them. If a doctor tells you something is needed and did not say I could purchase it elsewhere for penny's on the dollar you generally take there advice. This mind you after my insurance paid $40 towards the cast. TO make matters worse it had the logo etc, on the cast for free advertising. I think its a disgrace and then to be rude about it is unreal. I will stick to my family practice or the emergency room, I would suggest doing the same, no compassion no people skills and what should be illegal price gouging.
