    I hesitated to write this review. However, it is in the best interest for the people who plan to visit from the surrounding communities. I have been here several times giving them the "benefit of the doubt". So now is the time to write a review. On Tuesday I went in with symptoms of the flu, and I knew the symptoms because I have had the flu before. While a short wait in the waiting room, I felt as if I knew the whole life story of the receptionist. As she was visiting with the other office clerk she was extremely loud and a little obnoxious to a sick person. After a few minutes of listening to the conversation at a loud decibel, out of my mouth without hesitation said "SHHHHHH". She responded with a laugh. Extremely, unprofessional. Complaint #2: The girl has my license and was informed that I would be private pay, she shouts out across the lobby "Um, (my name) Your health insurance with Blue Cross has expired".....Ok, well it hasn't expired, I chose not to pay the doubled premium, and what ever happened to HIPPA?? If I have a question about my husband you won't tell me anything, but you can shout my insurance information across the lobby? Complaint #3: I went in for flu, isn't the first thing a Dr. would do is take a swab for a flu culture....NOPE! Tells me that it is too late and I can't get Tamaflu because I have had symptoms too long and it won't work after 48 hours of symptoms. Ok....I had other symptoms of other stuff going on too, you should have swabbed me. That is the main reason I was there. Complaint #4: After DR. Decides I do have the flu she wants to give me a shot, and that was fine. But, when we asked for my husband (who was right there with me) to get a prescription of Tamaflu, if he should get the symptoms. The nurse came back in and said he could if he wanted to run through the circuit again. REALLY? We are in the room, waiting and PAYING privately and you want another appointment and another office call? That is not winning over customer service. Complaint #5: I had asked the Dr. for a prescription of Advair because mine was expired and I needed a refill. She did not write one. I came home and went to bed for the next 2 days because, I WAS SICK! I checked out and my bill there was $310.00 No Flu Swab; no Advair; no cough meds; just a shot. So they offer my husband a plan for $50.00 so he could save money. It is a good plan, but we still left there paying $185.00 for a shot and an office call. After the 2 days I called on Thursday to ask about the Advair....someone called back but gave me the phone number of 405-378-9325...ok, well that number did not work. So, I called the number she called me on, of course, you guessed it on HOLD!! Ok, so I call back Friday morning on HOLD again as long as I could wait. I called again at 3:45 Friday afternoon. Left my message, It is now 4:20 and I got a call back that I can get a prescription of Advair. Mind you, Advair costs me $300.00 to buy at the pharmacy, I am not calling it in just to have it on hand. So, finally, I now have a prescription to pick up so, I will need to end my review. The moral of the story: Find a good health care provider that you can call, that you can establish a relationship with, and above all will give you the personal service you need and deserve for the amount of money you spend! Thank you!
