    Excellent

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The nurse and the doctor listened and showed genuine concern for my problem. I think the doctor gave a good diagnosis and I am happy to be feeling better.

    No help

I went to this urgent care after having a fever for 2 days and back (kidney) pain. I gave a urine sample they tested and told me they would be sending my antibiotic prescription over to meijer. I left happy. After calling meijer twice and them still not receiving the prescription I called hometown and the receptionist told me they would call it in. So I call Meijer again they still don't have it. I have my friend take me up to hometown so I can just get a written prescription and do it myself and they FINALLY tell me my urine test results were negative. Never bothered to call me and let me know. I won't be returning if they can't follow up with their patients who are in severe pain.

    Mother of daughter

This hometown urgent care is very, very sad to say the least. My daughter was seen and was not even given a diagnosis and charged 125.00 for the visit to walk out not knowing anything. She could not be told what was wrong with her. On top of that they took her blood pressure stating that it was 160/72. (What???) Why in the world would they let her leave she is only 18, and 4"10 124 pounds. She came straight home, I re-took her blood pressure and I got 118/60. That's a huge difference. This is very upsetting and they are completely unreliable, they also gave tests to my daughter that she did not confirm to take. Never ever going back to this location!! Never!
