    The wost experience ever!

I went to Urgent Care this evening and was blown away by how I was treated by the physician! The Dr. Spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. He barely addressed the reason I even came! I came in to have a spot on my neck looked at that is obviously infected and instead he felt the need to scream at me saying I was going to have a stroke because my blood pressure was elevated. My wife and I tried to tell him and the staff that I was unble to take my medication for my blood pressure because of such a crazy day. He proceeded to say "why did you come in? Was it just to PISS us doctors off?" I was floored! I have never been spoken to like that in my life! My wife is a nurse and has been for several years and she has not experienced anything like this before. The entire staff was unprofessional. The medical assistants acted like they barely had a 5th grade education. I do not recommend this office to anyone!

    Solid, professional care

Dr. Schneeberger saw me for what I thought might have been bronchitis. On exam, he determined my lungs were clear and avoided an unnecessary x-ray; it was simple flu. He gave me good advice and allowed me to continue on my bicycle tour after a rest.

Really Only Good for Common Ailments

Sometimes I feel like they don't know what they're doing. A few years ago I had a toenail infection, and they gave me the wrong antibiotic for it, which didn't work. They also cut it open and drained it when it wasn't really necessary. It only got more infected until I went to my pediatrician as an 18 year old woman, and they gave me an antibiotic that worked.
Then Thursday I went in for an ear infection. I had a fever which proved there was something there, but when they looked they said they didn't see anything and wrote it off as a cold. I went to the clinic at my school this week, who said my ear was actually very red and I had a kanker sore in my throat. How did they not see that?
I'll be sticking to primary care from now on.

    Great Experience!

I visited Dr Leech for Respiratory infection and I was very pleased with her time she spent with me and the explanation she gave me. She was very thorough and honest. Great bedside manor. My husband has seen her in the past and said the same thing. Very pleased and satisfied.

Very courteous and helpful staff, Dr Leech was delightful, and very open and helpful in explaining her diagnosis and treatment. All in all this was in many ways a better experience than going to my family Doctor where more often than not the wait times are totally excessive.
